Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade or self-employed professional activity. Please note that failure to comply with the GTC accepted at the time of purchase constitutes a breach of contract. In such cases, we reserve the right to reject returns and deny replacement deliveries. A breach of contract also occurs if customers escalate issues directly to payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Klarna) instead of resolving them with us first.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can add products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the goods in your cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Our legal notice (imprint) is not a return address—please contact our support for this. Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not replace the statutory right of withdrawal but offers a free replacement option in the event of verified quality issues on our part. For general returns due to dissatisfaction or similar reasons, our 14-day return policy applies.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language available for concluding the contract is German. We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.

4. Delivery Conditions

We offer free shipping. Delivery is by post only; self-collection is not possible. Delivery to parcel stations is excluded. If a parcel is sent to a parcel station or an incorrect delivery address leads to a failed delivery or return, a reshipping fee of $9 will be charged. Important: Refusal to accept a parcel is not considered a return and does not entitle you to a refund. Refused parcels are destroyed, and the purchase amount remains payable. Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Asia from which the goods were originally shipped. In the event of an approved return, the buyer must securely package the item and send it to the warehouse. Return shipping costs are not covered by us. By purchasing, you accept our GTC and withdrawal policy. The contract is concluded with the company Chengdu Sheshi. Our imprint refers to an online service applicable in the respective country. We are not a German company and do not have a location in Germany—this can be verified using the tracking number.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Bank Transfer (Prepayment): We will provide our bank details in a separate email. Goods will be shipped after payment is received.

Credit Card: You submit your credit card details when placing the order. After verification, the payment will be processed automatically.

PayPal, PayPal Express: You will be redirected to PayPal. You must be registered with PayPal, log in, and confirm the payment. After placing the order, we instruct PayPal to process the payment. PayPal processes the payment immediately. Note: If a dispute is opened by the customer via PayPal, a processing fee will apply regardless of the outcome. These costs will be passed on to the customer. If PayPal issues a refund despite proper delivery or a refused return, the full amount must be repaid by the customer.

Sofort by Klarna: You are redirected to Sofort GmbH. To pay, you must have an online banking-enabled account and confirm the payment. Sofort processes the payment immediately.

Klarna: We are not responsible for reminder fees or late payments between the customer and Klarna. Opening a dispute via Klarna will incur a processing fee, which is passed on to the customer. Refunds issued by Klarna despite proper delivery or return refusal must be repaid by the customer.

Apple Pay: Requires Safari browser and Apple registration. Payment is processed immediately after confirmation.

Giropay: Redirects to your bank's website. Requires an online banking-enabled account. Payment is processed immediately.

Paydirekt: Redirects to paydirekt. Requires registration and confirmation. Payment is processed automatically.

Amazon Pay: You are redirected to Amazon to select your delivery address and payment method and confirm the payment. Afterward, you return to our shop to complete the order. Payment is processed immediately.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory liability for defects applies.

For used goods: If a defect arises one year after delivery, claims are excluded. Defects within the first year can be claimed within the two-year statutory limitation period. The above restrictions do not apply to:

• damages to life, body, or health

• intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty or fraud

• breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties)

• guarantees, where agreed

• liability under product liability law

8. Liability

We are fully liable for:

• damage to life, body, or health

• intentional or grossly negligent breaches

• guaranteed promises

• product liability law

For breaches of essential contractual duties due to slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract. Further liability claims are excluded. You may return ordered items within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned items. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Returns go to: Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong Island. Slight variations in color, brightness, or gloss may occur. Damaged or misused items will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not comply with these sales terms.
