Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Eve’s Boutique, email address: support@eves-boutique.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
Once we have received the returned goods, we will reimburse all payments received from you without delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to the respective warehouse of the product without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, the return must be sent to our international warehouse in Asia, and you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please note that our legal notice (imprint) is not a return address. Contact our support team for the correct return address.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded;

for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, whose price was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion, but which can only be delivered at least 14 days after contract conclusion, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the control of the trader;
-
for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated periodicals, except for subscription contracts.
Slight deviations in color, brightness, or gloss may occur and are not grounds for liability or return.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery;

for the delivery of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;

for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery;
-
for any withdrawal request submitted more than 30 days after the date of purchase.
