How long does shipping take?
On average, it takes 5–10 business days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped. In some cases, it may take up to 3 weeks depending on the destination country. Delivery to the United States and Canada usually arrives on time.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please email us at support@eves-boutique.com, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
How secure is my personal information?
Eve’s Boutique™ adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information. Your credit card and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Socket Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet to securely process payments.
Can I change my order?
We work quickly to process orders and ensure they are shipped as soon as possible. You can modify your order as many times as you like before clicking "Place Order." After that, changes may not be possible. However, please email us immediately at support@eves-boutique.com, and we’ll do our best to update your order if it hasn't been processed yet.
Can I cancel my order?
If you placed your order within the last 24 hours, please email us at support@eves-boutique.com and we will check if cancellation is still possible. If the order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we will issue a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations are no longer possible after 24 hours or once the order has shipped.
I entered the wrong address!
If your address was entered incorrectly or autofilled with wrong information, please email us immediately at support@eves-boutique.com with the correct address.
Will all items arrive together?
We always try to ship complete orders. However, in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages due to different fulfillment locations or stock availability. In that case, you’ll receive two or more tracking numbers. Don’t worry if not all items arrive at once—they are guaranteed to arrive!
Can I return my order?

If you wish to return your product, please email us at support@eves-boutique.com and we will send you all the return instructions. Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days.
